09:18 pm - A useful and informative bumper sticker
Several of you liked my suggestion for a bumper sticker in the comments for this thread. So, Alice put this bumper sticker design up on her Cafe Press site. Get it now and it will arrive well before the election. Total cost, including shipping is $4.04. Enjoy, may your car or notebook wear it with pride. Sadly, as this incident so clearly and pathetically shows, it's likely a bad idea to carry anything with this sticker on it through airport security, which of course further illustrates why such messages are so important.

I suspect James and I will clear our schedules and write "Kip Hawley is an idiot" on our stuff next time we fly. For good or ill, we are in lockstep agreement on testing our rights.

Granted, after our last round of flying, we plan to avoid airports for a while.

I always thought a good form of protest would be to travel with the absolute minimum of clothing. Like, some kinda skimpy bikini getup.

Hmmm... how about "Paying Fed Taxes = Voting For Torture."

I have a bike bucket sign that says "Proud to be a Terran."
