01:05 pm - Excellent anti-aging news
This is the first truly impressive anti-aging news that I've seen in a couple of years. Preventing and repairing muscle aging is fairly impressive and pretty darn useful from the perspective of both quality of life and also basic survival. Clearly there's work to be done before this becomes a standard therapy, but I'm betting that various companies will jump on this one.

Dear gods, I know what you mean. I look at Facebook pics of some people I went to High School or College with, and most look significantly older than I do.

One need not wait for a drug. Foods and supplements are already available. When I started taking whey protein isolate, I had quite a bit of old age muscle loss. When I weighed 100 pounds more than I do now, I never noticed the muscle loss. I reversed much of the muscle loss over the past 2 years with 2 helpings of whey per day.

There is another set of supplements I cannot yet afford to try, but it looks very promising. Duncan is on the Coconut oil list and I have come to respect what he recommends. SomaLife is expensive and is sold thru MLM which I normally stay away from. But this looks like it could be quite useful for rolling back the clock.

You know how I feel about drugs. I do not trust them, do not ant to support already rich doctors and drug companies. So I admit I am prejudiced about allopathic drugs.

That is definitely impressive - thanks for pointing it out.
